We lost phased power overnight. No lights, no stove. One quick call to Ben this morning and it was all sorted within a couple of hours. He listened to my explanation, immediately suspected the culprit, finished the job he was on and came directly. Kept me informed all the way and advised correctly how long the power would be off in the rectification process. I work from home so this was important.
